Ingredients
- • 3 tbsp Black beans
- • 2 tbsp Grated cheese
- • 1/4 Avocado
Good to know

No added salt (a baby's kidneys can only handle a little), no added sugar before age 2, and no honey before age 1 (it can carry a botulism risk). More on salt, sugar, and honey.
Instructions
- Lightly mash the black beans and spread on half a soft tortilla with a little grated cheese.
- Fold, and warm in a dry pan until the cheese melts.
- Let it cool so the cheese is not stringy or hot, then cut into finger-width strips.
- Serve with mashed or cubed avocado.
