Prune and oat porridge

Ingredients
- • 3 tbsp Rolled oats
- • 1 to 2 Stewed prunes

Prunes are a gentle helper for constipation once solids start.
No added salt (a baby's kidneys can only handle a little), no added sugar before age 2, and no honey before age 1 (it can carry a botulism risk). More on salt, sugar, and honey.
Instructions
- Cook the rolled oats with milk or water until soft and creamy.
- Stir through 1 to 2 soft stewed prunes, finely chopped or pureed.
- Serve warm.
