Pumpkin and apple puree

Ingredients
- • 1 cup cubed Pumpkin
- • 1 Apple

Freezes well in portions.
No added salt (a baby's kidneys can only handle a little), no added sugar before age 2, and no honey before age 1 (it can carry a botulism risk). More on salt, sugar, and honey.
Instructions
- Steam or roast peeled, cubed pumpkin with one peeled, cubed apple until very soft, about 20 minutes.
- Blend smooth with a little water, and serve lukewarm.
- Thicken as your baby handles more texture, or keep loose for a first puree.
