Scrambled egg with tomato

Instructions
- Soften a peeled, deseeded, finely chopped tomato in a little oil over low heat.
- Pour in one beaten egg and scramble soft, cooking it through fully.
- Serve warm in soft curds, or on toast strips for self-feeding.
