Yogurt with smashed blueberries

Ingredients
- • 1/3 cup Plain whole-milk yogurt
- • 1 handful Blueberries

No added salt (a baby's kidneys can only handle a little), no added sugar before age 2, and no honey before age 1 (it can carry a botulism risk). More on salt, sugar, and honey.
Instructions
- Smash or halve a handful of blueberries so none is served whole and round.
- Stir them into plain, unsweetened whole-milk yogurt.
- Serve chilled.
